Effortless Operation & Safety

Using your Elementi gas fire pit is as simple as turning a dial. The single control knob functions like many indoor gas appliances—just push, turn, and hold to ignite the pilot, then rotate further to light the main burner. The ignition is battery-operated (AAA battery included), and adjusting the flame height is as easy as twisting the dial.

When you’re ready to switch off, simply turn the knob fully clockwise to extinguish the flame.

Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch your Elementi fire feature on schedule; however, delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Important Delivery Notes:

• 🚚 Delivery Method: We use trusted third-party couriers with tail-lift and pump truck capabilities. Please note: delivery is kerbside only or to the nearest accessible hard surface.

• 🔒 Access Requirements: It is the buyer’s responsibility to inform us of any delivery access issues in advance.

• 📦 Missed Deliveries: A re-delivery fee will apply if no one is available to receive the item, unless a pre-approved unsigned delivery has been arranged.

• ❗ Damages & Missing Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damage or missing items must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt. Claims made after this window cannot be accepted.

• 🔁 Returns Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
