Rotisserie

Pictured here with our fire shield, the robust frame of our Rotisserie is made from British steel and straddles your fire pit to give you three different cooking heights. The simple locking mechanism allows you to rotate the food for even cooking. Skewer your meat or veg into the stainless steel prongs and then check every 15 minutes or so as your food spit roasts, marinating slowly in its own juices and smoky fire pit flavour. The skewers fit two small chickens, a couple legs of lamb, a few pineapples, a quartet of cabbages, a pair of cauliflowers, a gathering of watermelon, a braid of onions… yep, it’s great for both meat and veg!

This is a simple manual mechanism that does not require any battery power.  After years of trial and error, we have abandoned the idea of an automatic rotisserie. Our simple turning and locking mechanism delivers the benefits of a spit roast without requiring the perfect balance that is necessary to keep the automatic rotisseries from burning out their motors. (A hazard of slightly wonky spit loading that causes an automatically rotating arm to struggle on the heavier turn and speed through the lighter, burning out batteries and motors quicker than you can spit roast!)

Our fire pit Rotisserie fits our 60-90cm circular fire pits, including our Ball Stand, BBQ King, Celeste, Classic, Drum, Fire Bowl, Legs Eleven, Pete’s Oven, Plain Jane, Solex and even our Outdoor Kitchen. Our 120cm Rotisserie is only suitable for our Plain Jane 120 with Four Swing Arm BBQ Racks.

With so many recipe books on the market you can never be sure what will cater to you. Well, we love both Charred and Foolproof which are BBQ inspired books written by Genevieve Taylor. Charred being Veggie based and Fool proof for the meat lovers among us, there is something for everyone. Both are available to purchase via our accessories section.

Maintaining your fire pit

NB: All our fire pits, lids, and accessories will begin to rust immediately and will not maintain their black finish. However, this will not affect their long-term durability. As all our fire pits are handmade from sheet steel which has naturally occurring blemishes, there may be very slight variations in the forging and finish. Current delivery times – Fire pits: we aim to dispatch orders within 2 weeks from date of order / Indian fire bowls: within 5 working days of date of order.

Please note that our deliveries are classed as ‘kerbside’ which means the driver will not be able to carry the fire pit into your garden. If there is no one at home, they will leave the pallet or box in a safe location if available.

We ship smaller items via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Larger and heavier items are shipped via LTL freight.

Order Processing:

After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation from us. As soon as your order is placed, we begin processing the order and arranging shipping. In-stock orders typically ship within 3-15 business days after your order is placed. We do not guarantee shipping transit times.

Shipping Transit Times:

Most items take 3-15 business days to deliver after they have left the warehouse. Shipping transit times are not guaranteed - they are estimates based on our experience. Please note that Some items may be on a pre order status if thats is the case we will contact you.

We strongly advise you not to schedule contractors until your order is fully delivered and all items inspected.

Freight Shipping:

If your item is too big and/or too heavy to fight in a normal postal carrier vehicle, your product will be shipped via a freight carrier. We reserve the right to choose which freight carrier delivers your shipment.

Freight shipping is more complicated than a regular postal carrier delivery. Here are some important things to know about freight shipping:

You must be physically present to accept delivery. The freight carrier will either call to schedule a delivery appointment or notify you before delivery. Freight shipments are dropped off at your curb.The driver is NOT expected to deliver your items to your front door, garage, back yard, etc. It's a good idea to have other people there to help you move the shipment.

Extra charges may apply if redelivery needs to be arranged because nobody was at the delivery location. You must sign for the shipment upon acceptance.

4. Return Eligibility:

• We ONLY process returns for unused, unopened products in original packaging with all accessories.
• Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned within 14 days of delivery with no exceptions.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are NOT eligible for returns:

• Used, opened, or items removed from original packaging.
• Assembled or installed items.
• Clearance, custom made, or made-to-order products.
• Items not returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Items labeled "not returnable" in the item description.
• Items shipped without receiving a Return Approval.

6. Return Request Process:

• If your item(s) meet return criteria, request a return via email to info@Primecookout.com.
• You'll receive an email either approving the return or requesting more information.

7. Approved Returns Procedure:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are ineligible for refund.
• Upon approval, we'll send Return Approval with shipping labels and instructions.
• After receiving and inspecting the return, a refund will be issued, less shipping costs and associated charges.
