Acacia will naturally develop splits and cracks as it weathers through the season. This will be more noticeable on the end parts of your Kimora furniture such as arm rests and legs. This is a natural occurrence and does not affect its strength and durability.
You can leave your Kimora furniture to naturally weather to a silver-grey colour. Or if you prefer to maintain the appearance of your furniture we recommend wiping it down with a soft cloth dampened in a mild soapy solution and leave it to dry naturally. You can also use a generic Teak Cleaner, or lightly sand your furniture.
After your furniture is completely dry you can use a wooden garden furniture protector or wood sealant to maintain the colour and protect your bench.
Norfolk Collection Easy-Care cushions feature an inner shower-resistant coating designed to withstand light showers. Protecting your cushions from the elements will prolong their life and keep them looking as good as new.
The cushions can remain outside in a light shower; however, you should store your cushions away in prolonged bad weather and when not in use.
Clean away any spillages immediately using an absorbent sponge or cloth. The outer covers can be removed, and hand washed in lukewarm water using a mild soapy solution. We recommend they are left to dry naturally and whilst still damp put them back over the fillings to help them back to their original shape.
We do not advise using a tumble dryer, iron, or dry cleaning your cushions.
