The high heat and live flame speeds the pace of cooking, while the open door offers accessibility to monitor your food and engages all of your senses while you cook. Your oven can harness the power of fire and reach temperatures no gas oven can match. Because clay retains heat so efficiently, the oven reaches inferno levels of heat (450-500C) in less than 30 minutes. Control the flame and you can create multiple cooking environments. From sourdough bread to a big fluffy Sicilian pan pizza or a classic Neapolitan margarita with that authentic char blistering the edges. Once you master the fire, your oven will faithfully replicate your favourite meals.
Craft is the key difference between a good and a great pizza. With the right equipment the payoff is golden. The live interactive style of cooking also creates a fun atmosphere, and the oven actually becomes the entertainment centre for your guests. It is fuel efficient as you only use the amount of fuel you need. Also, the clever fibreglass shell means that the outside won’t get hotter than 50C. The cooking floor of the oven is one-piece solid engineered stone, but it is raised to prevent heat transfer from oven to table top. This means it can be perched on any garden surface, from wood to plastic, without causing damage. Cleaning is effortless as the mouth of the Delivita pizza oven is one-piece stainless steel, which is easy to clean and very hygienic. As well as cooking a 30cm pizza in less than 2 minutes, this doubles up as a small, wood-burning oven – anything that can be wood-roasted can be cooked in it. It can also be a tandoor, where you can roast tandoori chicken, a side of salmon and a whole chicken with beautifully charred, smoky, and succulent results. The oven is also big enough for a leg of lamb, a small Porchetta or a dish of parmigiana.

About Delivita: Founded in 2016 by uncle and niece team duo, Joe Formisano and Olivia Robinson, Delvita was developed to inspire passion for wood-fired outdoor cooking, and bring families and friends together to share fun, relaxed meals. They have always been passionate about handmade pizza, but quickly came to realise that there wasn't a domestic oven that was hot enough to make the perfect pizza. Joe and Liv designed the oven in collaboration with their Italian family, but while the design may be Italian, all DeliVita products are 100% British and handmade in Yorkshire.
