Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, your card will be pre-authorized by your bank, but no payment will be taken at this stage. We will first confirm product availability with our supplier. If the item is in stock and ready for immediate dispatch, we will capture the payment and process your order right away.
In the event of any delay, such as an item being on backorder, we will contact you to discuss the revised lead time. Payment will only be captured once you agree to proceed.
Order Delivery
For in-stock items, once your order is confirmed and payment is captured, it will be dispatched within 2-4 working days. You will receive tracking details via email within 48 hours of dispatch.
If you haven’t received your tracking information within 6 working days, please contact us at Info@PrimeCookout.com for assistance.
Damages
We kindly ask that you inspect all items carefully upon delivery. If any item appears damaged, we advise you not to accept the delivery. Should you notice damage after accepting the delivery, please email clear photos of the damage to Info@PrimeCookout.com so we can assist with filing an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders canceled after 12 hours of placement may be subject to additional fees. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used for the order.
