Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! Once we receive your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided at checkout. This means your order has been received and your payment method has been pre-authorised for the purchase.


I placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation email. Why?

If you haven’t received your confirmation email, here are a few possible reasons:

  • It may have landed in your junk or spam folder — please check there.
  • There might have been a typo in your email address during checkout.
  • Your email server may have strict spam filters, blocking our emails.

For peace of mind, you’re welcome to send an alternative email address to Info@primecookout.com and we’ll assist you directly.


What happens after I receive my order confirmation?

After confirming your order, we check with our warehouse or suppliers to ensure the item(s) are available for dispatch. If available, your order is processed, and we aim to ship within 5 business days.

If any item is unavailable for immediate dispatch, the pre-authorisation is released from your payment method, and we’ll contact you via email or phone.


Why do you need my phone number?

Some couriers require a contact number to arrange delivery smoothly. Your phone number is kept private and confidential — we’ll never share it. It also allows us to reach you quickly if there are any issues with your order.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Please note: Additional charges may apply for offshore domestic regions, including:

  • Scilly Isles
  • Scottish Islands
  • Northern Ireland

Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?

Unfortunately, no. At this time, we only deliver within the UK.


How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours of processing, but this may vary depending on the supplier.


How long does delivery take after dispatch?

Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. However, larger or bulky items may take a bit longer.


Can my order be delivered to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
