The infrared principle, employed by the Sear burners, ensures a powerful cooking process. Gas flows through thousands of tiny openings in the ceramic body, which evenly burns and heats the surface. This intense infrared radiation creates the perfect sear, locking in juices and creating a delicious caramelised crust in no time.
Starting up the Grandhall BBQ is effortless: with just the touch of a button, the grill reaches your desired cooking temperature in mere minutes. The built-in temperature gauge allows you to easily select the perfect temperature for everything from grilling to baking and roasting.
The barbecue boasts a generous main cooking surface of 60 x 44.8 cm, featuring 2 cast-iron porcelain-coated grids and 1 porcelain-coated cast-iron hot plate. Beneath these, you'll find 3 individually controlled burners, operated via stylish control knobs on the front panel. To keep your food warm, a chrome-plated warming rack is located at the back of the cooking area. A convenient drip tray, which can be easily removed from the front for cleaning, catches any juices that fall between the burners.
The 4.6 kW ceramic side burner adds versatility, allowing you to cook additional dishes while grilling. With adjustable heat, it can also serve as a standard burner for pots and pans.
