The stones will deflect the heat away from the food meaning that you can roast, bake and smoke your favourite foods. The ceramic Heat Deflector Plates must be used in conjunction with the Heat Deflector Racks, and for each specific Oval grill model. Available to fit specific models, Oval XL 400, Oval LG 300 and Oval JR 200.
